What we collect, and what we don’t

This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the form that sends you the whitepaper. Everything else here is static pages that ask nothing of you.

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics

We do not set cookies, run analytics or load fonts or assets from other servers. The one exception is the pages that carry a form, which load Cloudflare Turnstile to keep those forms from being abused by bots; Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser information for that check as our processor, on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See the cookie notice for detail. Browsing this site leaves no profile of you with us or with anyone else. Our web server records ordinary access logs — including IP addresses — as part of operating and securing the service; those logs are not used to build profiles.

The whitepaper request form

What we collect. Your name, your company, your email address, which consents you gave, the language you used, and the date and time of the request and of your confirmation.

Why, and on what basis. On the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the boxes on the form. The first consent covers sending you the confirmation email and the whitepaper. The second, optional and separate, covers occasional updates about Integrity Monitor. Not ticking the second box has no effect on receiving the paper.

Double opt-in. After you submit the form we send one email containing a confirmation link. Nothing further happens until you click it. This protects you from someone else entering your address, and it means we can show that consent was genuinely given.

How long we keep it. If you never confirm, the record is discarded. If you confirm and did not ask for updates, we keep the record of your request and consent as evidence that the consent was given, and use it for nothing else. If you asked for updates, we keep your details until you withdraw consent.

Withdrawing consent. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can write to us at any time. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect processing already carried out.

Who processes your data

Your details are held on infrastructure we control within the European Union. Sending email requires a mail service provider acting as our processor; we do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area for the purposes described here.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability; you may object to processing; and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

To exercise any of these, write to the contact address below. We will respond within one month.
