Cookie notice

This site uses no cookies

Not “only essential ones”. None. That is why you were never shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

What we don’t do

This website sets no cookies of any kind — not first-party, not third-party, not “strictly necessary”. It also uses no other form of client-side storage: no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no browser fingerprinting.

No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no embedded videos or maps, no social widgets, no chat popup, no hosted fonts. Every file the pages need — stylesheet, logo, the whitepaper PDF — comes from this domain.

There is exactly one exception, and it appears only on pages that carry a form — this page included, since you can write to us from it. Those pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that protects the form from automated abuse. Pages with no form on them load nothing from anyone else at all. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to conventional CAPTCHAs — it does not profile you and does not track you across sites — but loading it does mean Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information in order to decide whether the request looks automated. We use it because a public form without bot protection becomes a spam relay. See the privacy notice for the legal basis.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for analytics or advertising, the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive does not arise for those purposes, and no consent banner is needed. Turnstile is loaded to keep the form usable and secure — a purpose recognised as strictly necessary — rather than to learn anything about you. We would rather remove the tracking than ask you to click away a box about it.

What does get recorded

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requested page, the time, the browser’s user-agent string, and the IP address the request came from. This is a normal part of operating and securing a web server, done on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and defending it from abuse. These logs are not used to profile you, are not combined with anything else, and are not shared.

The one form on this site

The whitepaper request form collects the details you type into it and does not set a cookie to do so. What happens to those details is described in the privacy notice.

If this ever changes

Adding analytics, an embedded video, a hosted font, a chat widget or a consent platform would all change the answer on this page — and most of them would require asking for consent before loading. If we ever add something of the kind, this page changes first and the consent mechanism appears with it. Until then, there is nothing to manage and no preferences to set.
